Remarks:

Hi im filling this out for my mom as she never acclimated to technology. My mom is transitioning home after 8 months of a devasting situation of a pipe bursting in the 3rd floor causing the entire house to flood and have to be 95% gutted. Mom is lonely the house is big and friends have lost touch/ passed away and moved away from her. She has become afraid to be alone overnight in the big house but loves her home. I work overnight to make a small very conservative living. There are two bedrooms on the 3rd floor with good size closets. Id like 1 or 2 ladies who are respectful, nurturing, honest, friendly, organized loving and compassionate who would treat this home lsnd mom ike there own. She could use some compassionate encouragement.and a friendly person who likes to share conversation about their day. She could use compassion, frienship, people that enjoy Somerville as shes lived (in that house) there for 57 years and the city her entire life. Small business owner for 37 years and held seats on several city boards. Life has banged her up a bit and prior to covid she would walk 3-7 miles a day now she has no aerobic capacity. She used to have a spark for life that I know is still in there with the right people around her. Shes a proud independent woman. This house is fully renovated because it was gutted to the studs. Mom is used to living alone so everyone has there own space. Kitchen and bathroom are shared common areas that require you to clean up and use your own plates or utensils. Hopefully you want companionship like she does but she also.enjoy alone time as she doesnt drive anymore. Mom has advanced macular degeneration thay doesnt stop her she tries at everything. She is proud of her home and would enjoy eating with people having company and enabling her to remain independent only of you wanted to. This option is available 9/15/2021. We ask that you are a non smoker as moms asthmatic, non drinker, non drugs user, no parties, no pets (due to allergies). Laundry one block up the street, Davis down the street as well as ball sq and a track across the street commuter friendly t stop davis buses shops and restaurants Please let me know of your interest! Thanks a bunch! Melanie
